Inagawa Town Full Time ALT Position

This opening is for a full-time position as an assistant language teacher (ALT) in Inagawa Town, Hyogo Prefecture starting as soon as possible with the contract finishing on March 31, 2021.
The placement will be in elementary schools in Inagawa Town where the ALT will assist as a team teacher and help plan English lessons under a schedule created by the Board of Education. As well as teaching English lessons, you may also be asked to participate in other school activities such as clubs, cleaning the school, cultural festivals, and speech contest preparation.
Be a native speaker of English
Attained a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in an English-speaking country
Are presently residing in Japan or able to enter Japan with a valid work visa (we cannot process new visas at this time due to government COVID-19 regulations)
Able to speak conversational Japanese
Have a strong desire to be involved in the local community
About Inagawa Town
Inagawa Town is a town located in the southeastern region of Hyogo Prefecture, bordering the northernmost reaches of Osaka Prefecture, and has an estimated population of 31,381. Approximately 80% of the town is covered in a prefectural nature park, allowing ample opportunities to get closer to nature.
In the southern part of Inagawa, there are three large ‘new towns’, the Hankyu-Nissei New Town, Inagawa Park Town, and Tsutsujigaoka, located in the center of Inagawa. Inagawa can be seen as a commuter town to and from Osaka and Kobe.
